1993 Honda CR500 Giveaway Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Flow One LLC, located in Connecticut (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Flow One LLC, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

Winning the prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins 12:00 AM ET on December 2, 2025 and ends 11:59 PM ET on October 24, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Direct Entries

Direct entries may be purchased on the Sponsor’s website at www.flowone.shop during the promotion period.

  • Entry purchases are non-refundable.
  • Entrants may purchase multiple entries.
  • Entry availability may be limited during promotional periods.

The Sponsor may offer limited-time discount codes during the Sweepstakes Period, which may reduce the purchase price of eligible merchandise or direct entry purchases.

B. Merchandise Purchase

For every $25 spent on eligible merchandise at www.flowone.shop, Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

  • Entry count is based on pre-tax, pre-discount subtotal.
  • Shipping charges do not earn entries.
  • Returned/refunded items void associated entries.
  • Entries are awarded based on the list price at the time of purchase.

The Sponsor may offer limited-time discount codes during the Sweepstakes Period, which may reduce the purchase price of eligible merchandise or direct entry purchases.

C. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Entrants may obtain one (1) entry total during the Sweepstakes by mailing the following in hand writing on the front of a standard 4×6 postcard:

  • Full Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth

Mail the postcard to: Flow One LLC Honda CR500 Giveaway, P.O. Box 118, East Glastonbury, CT 06025.

All mail-in entries must include all requested information stated above to be considered an entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. You will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway for your mail-in entry. Mail in entries must be hand written.

Limit: ONE (1) mail-in entry per person.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 22, 2026 and received by October 25, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Bulk shipments will be discarded. Automated or third-party mail services are prohibited. If you use fraudulent methods or multiple identities, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Flow One LLC.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

1993 Honda CR500

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,900

The Prize is awarded AS-IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Winner is responsible for:

  • Registration, title, taxes, and fees
  • Transportation or pickup of the motorcycle
  • Insurance
  • Any other expenses not specified

The Prize is an off-road motorcycle intended for closed-course or off-road use only and is not designed or intended for operation on public roads. Registration requirements vary by state, and the Winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable local and state laws related to ownership, transportation, and use of the Prize.

The selected Winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification. Prize may be picked up in Connecticut or delivered/shipped at Sponsor’s discretion.

No substitutions or cash alternative except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. TAXES & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The Winner must:

  • Complete and return an IRS Form W-9
  • A Form 1099-MISC will be issued for the ARV of $4,900
  • Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes

Failure to complete tax documents within 5 days of being notified will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The potential winner may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification to verify eligibility and complete required tax documentation prior to prize award.

7. WINNER SELECTION

A random drawing will be conducted by a member of Flow One LLC on or about October 25, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone.
If:

  • Winner does not respond within 72 hours,
  • Documents are incomplete, or
  • Winner is otherwise ineligible,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Flow One LLC holds no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices as a result of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. The winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway must comply with any and all federal and state laws and regulations associated with accepting the prize. Violation of these rules by a selected winner will result in the selected winner’s immediate disqualification from the Giveaway at the sole discretion of Flow One LLC.

9. PUBLICITY

By accepting the Prize, Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and images of prize pickup for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in bad faith.

If Sweepstakes operation is impaired or corrupted, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select a winner from eligible non-suspect entries received to date.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Flow One LLC and its members from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

  1. Such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
  2. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

12. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. Any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Connecticut having jurisdiction.
  2. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), not to exceed five dollars (US $5.00). Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for: attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, multiplied damages, or any other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses (not to exceed US $5.00).
  3. Entrant knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek injunctive or equitable relief that could in any way affect the Sweepstakes, its administration, or the awarding of the Prize.
  4. Entrant’s sole remedy for any claim shall be a monetary award limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not to exceed five dollars ($5.00).
  5. Each Entrant agrees:
    (a) to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes; and
    (b) to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its members, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including any activity related thereto.
