At Flow One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and digital products are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Direct Entry purchases are non-refundable.
- Items received for free through promotional offers are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal (insert your Shopify return page link).
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

7. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Duties and taxes paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable.
- If a purchase is returned, all associated entries will be voided.
- Attempting to obtain entries and then return merchandise is considered fraudulent behavior and may result in sweepstakes disqualification.
- If only part of an order is returned, Flow One may recalculate entries based on the adjusted order value.
- Direct Entry purchases are final and non-refundable.
